As a business owner of 15 years I can totally relate to the theme of letting go of those bad habits and developing the good. We often start out with quite a self rightious attitude of 'I know it all', and quickly realise that a. we don't and b. we are damaging our potential by using some inappropriate actions. The cusomter IS always right (even when they are wrong!) People do not come back if you argue with them and furthermore they tell EVERYONE else not to come either! Enjoy the journey.
